Job Title: Procurement Analyst

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite)

Pay: $28-$34/hr.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00 - 5:00

Employment Type: Temporary 3-6 months (possibility for extension or conversion based on business needs)

We're seeking a Procurement Analyst to support sourcing, supplier management, RFQs, and cost reduction initiatives within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs and supplier communications
• Analyze pricing and negotiate costs, terms, and agreements
• Track supplier performance and procurement metrics
• Conduct market research and cost analysis
• Support sourcing strategies and cost-saving initiatives
• Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Quality teams
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, and purchasing documentation
• Assist with procurement reporting and issue resolution

Requirements

• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Experience with RFQs, supplier negotiations, and cost analysis
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Excel and procurement systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Travel: Up to 20%
  • Minimal during temporary phase
  • Distribution center and supplier visits
